Betsy's Bio
Betsy Singer came to Faith Sound Incorporated in July of 2007. She is a
storyteller who started with a career in television news telling people's
stories in a compelling and compassionate way. She says this move allows
her to use the talents God has blessed her with to be a blessing to others.
Betsy has worked as a reporter/anchor in newsrooms in Columbus,
Mississippi; La Crosse, Wisconsin; Talahassee, Florida; Memphis, Tennessee;
and most recently Rochester, Minnesota. God used her news background as
training for this new ministry.
"It's all about giving God the glory by enterprising stories based on
everyday people placed in extraordinary circumstances. I am truly blessed
to show how God loves unconditionally even through some of the darkest days
in people's lives," Betsy says. "My own faith journey begins every single
morning. I am always learning and growing in the Lord and finding that
being "in" the Bible is as important as breathing. I've grown up in a
loving, Christian home but only truly began to put my faith into action
after 9-11-01. The terrorist attacks rocked many of us to our very souls
and I told God that day that I wasn't going take life for granted any
longer and wanted Him center-stage. He heard that heartfelt prayer and is
leading my husband, my children and myself on a new journey that begins at
the start of each new day," Betsy concludes.
Betsy is married and God has given then two adorable little boys, Connor and Caden.
